"A bit clunky and not very straightforward"
Sirchie has a ton of products, but trying to browse the site was more frustrating than I expected. Some pages were slow to load, and the menus didn’t feel very intuitive, so I ended up clicking around way more than I should have just to find basic details.
The search feature was kind of hit or miss too, sometimes pulling up things that didn’t really match what I typed. I also found myself wondering if there might be extra fees or costs that wouldn’t show up until later, since the whole process didn’t feel super clear. The site works, but it could definitely be easier to use, especially if you’re trying to order quickly

"Got the wrong item and it slowed things down"
I ordered a handful of supplies from Sirchie, and for the most part everything was fine, but one of the items in the order wasn’t actually what I had selected. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, and the rest of the shipment looked okay, but that one mistake ended up holding me up because I needed the specific item I ordered for a particular task. I did contact customer service, and they did eventually get back to me, but the response wasn’t super quick and I had to explain what happened more than once, which got a little tiring. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was the worst ordering experience I’ve ever had, but it was definitely frustrating, especially when accuracy is kind of the whole point with supplies like this.

"Tech support left me going in circles"
I had a frustrating experience with their tech support. It took way too long to get anything useful back, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to explain the same issue more than once, which gets old fast. What made it worse was how they kept leaning on little policy loopholes instead of actually helping, like technically it wasn’t covered or it had to be handled a certain way. Maybe they know their products, but the support I got was not great. Not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Shipping took forever, haha"
I ordered this because I needed it soon, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. There also weren’t many updates, so I kept checking like, okay… where is this thing? haha
By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it anymore. The item might be fine, but the slow shipping made the whole experience frustrating.

I kind of had a feeling I’d find what I needed here, and I was right. They had pretty much everything I was looking for in one spot, plus way more options than I expected. Really solid selection overall.

"Solid forensic supplies with helpful documentation"
I ordered a few evidence collection items from Sirchie, and everything showed up as expected. The product documentation was clear and lined up with what I received, which made it easy to know I had the right items. Shipping was fine, though not especially quick. My only real complaint is that a few of the instructions could’ve used more pictures. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

I ordered a few evidence bags and some fingerprint supplies from sirchie.com for work, the quality was really solid. Everything felt sturdy and professional, not like cheap stuff that’s going to fall apart after one use.

The fingerprint powder worked well, and the packaging was clean and secure, which I appreciated. No spills, no weird mess to deal with, just actually usable supplies that seem made for real work.

The only thing is the shipping took longer than I expected, but you know, totally fine, I definitely wasn’t checking the tracking more than once. It was a little annoying, but not enough to keep me from ordering again.

I ordered a few supplies from Sirchie, and for the most part the items were fine. Nothing showed up broken or unusable, but it wasn’t exactly a wow experience either.

The bigger issue for me was the price. A couple things already felt a little high, and then shipping made it feel even less worth it. It’s one of those places that works when it wants to, meaning it’s fine if you specifically need something, but I wouldn’t count on it being the best deal.

I’d probably order again if I couldn’t find a certain item anywhere else, but for basic stuff I’d definitely shop around first. There are probably cheaper options out there if you’re not in a hurry

"Helpful hands-on training, but a little quick"
I thought the training was really useful overall, especially because it was hands-on and practical. The instructor clearly knew what he was talking about, which made it easy to trust the material. A few sections did feel a bit rushed though, and I’m curious if others felt the same or if it was just me trying to keep up. Still, I definitely learned a lot and would say it was worth taking...

"Didn’t feel reliable for work orders"
I ordered from Sirchie and, i quickly got the feeling it wasn’t going to be smooth. The updates were slow, and I ended up having to follow up more than once just to figure out what was going on. Maybe I expected too much, but for professional orders I kind of assume things will be clear and on schedule. This just didn’t feel dependable enough for what we needed.
